At K 2019 in Hall 8B / Stand C43, APK, a leading recycling technology provider, will present not only new recycling technologies such as solvent-based Newcycling® but also innovations to improve the mechanical recycling of packaging plastic waste. In this segment APK, in cooperation with Erema, a leading manufacturer of machines for plastics recycling, and Baerlocher, a well-known manufacturer of plastic additives, will present live demonstrations on mechanical recycling in the Erema “Circonomic Center” (FG 09.1) at K 2019.
The live demonstrations in collaboration with Erema and APK will show how APK’s processing technology, Erema’s extrusion expertise and Baerlocher’s additive technologies make it possible to recycle recycled film waste into a material that can be reused as a film. These practice demos take place in the Erema “Circonomic Center” in the outdoor area (FG 09.1) on the following dates:
- Wednesday, 16th October from 14.30 – 17.30
- Tuesday, 22nd October from 10.00 – 13.30
- Wednesday. 23rd October from 10.00 – 13.30
