Merseburg, 17. November 2022.
Today APK AG announced that Klaus Wohnig has resigned as CEO and chairman of the Management Board of APK AG for personal reasons and that Dr. Robert Marx will join as CTO and member of the Management Board, effective as of December 1, 2022.
Dr. Robert Marx, who previously worked for Clariant AG, will take responsibility for R&D, operations und project development. Susanne Küppers, CFO and member of the Management Board of APK AG will take over on an interim basis the responsibilities of Klaus Wohnig.

But in the current exciting phase of expansion the company needs a management board that can give the company with its full focus and energy.
