Merseburg, January 16, 2024. As APK AG’s newly appointed CEO, Dr. Steve Döring joins Chief Technology Officer Dr. Robert Marx and Chief Financial Officer Jürgen Schiffer in rounding out the company’s Management Board.

Dr. Döring’s many years of management experience as Chair of the Management Board and CEO at such companies as the private equity-managed inprotec AG as well as Leuna-Tenside GmbH have given him extensive expertise in both operational efficiency and strategic corporate development. ‘Dr. Döring’s background makes him the ideal candidate to lead APK through its upcoming growth phase. His knowledge of the chemical industry and his experience in corporate leadership make him an invaluable addition to APK AG’s Management Board’, comments Casper Frijns, Chairman of APK AG’s Supervisory Board. Over the coming years, Dr. Döring will be implementing APK AG’s long-term value creation plan.
